jump ... and your life will appearJump … And Your Life Will Appear is a step-by-step guide to clearing the path ahead so you can let go and make the change you need the most. With a series of effective exercises, coach and author Nancy Levin walks you through your fear, ushers you up to the moment of jumping, and helps you navigate what awaits on the other side.

I resonated with this book so much! About 8 years ago I jumped from my high level corporate career to become a coach, author, yogini and transformation goddess. I wish I had Nancy’s book when I was making my leap to entrepreneurial freedom.

If you are facing a life altering change, read this book!

One of the things I love most about Jump… And Your Life Will Appear is the way that Nancy weaves her personal story along with client stories and supportive exercises for each chapter. The introduction includes a valuable inch by inch guide to move through any significant transition with each chapter diving more deeply into her transformational process.

The book begins while Nancy is waiting at the airport waiting for her plane home when she picks up an angry voice mail from her now ex-husband. “I read your journals. You’d better get your ass home. There’s hell to pay.”  Can you imagine?! The journal reading incident became something she became thankful for after coming to grips that her life and happiness was more important than appearing to be satisfied. Nancy may have continued living what she now knows was a charade had her husband not read her journals.

“Forgiveness is the first step to living a life you truly deserve.” – Nancy Levin

Forgiveness is a big part of Nancy’s message with “A Moment to Forgive” thoughts and supportive invitations at the end of each chapter.  We first need to forgive ourselves for choices we’ve made that were out of integrity. We need to forgive ourselves for our imperfections, self-judgment and fear. We need to forgive ourselves for being afraid to take off our masks and step into our authenticity. Throughout the book Nancy refers to her 14 year career as an event producer with Hay House.  Throughout her  heart-wrenching divorce, she was fortunate to receive support and loving kindness from friend and confidante, Cheryl Richardson. Louise Hay, Reid Tracy and Wayne Dyer were also in her corner through her transformational journey. By the time I finished reading this book, I felt like I knew Nancy personally. I celebrate her courage to walk away from a marriage and the perception of  a “perfect life” to bloom into the woman she is today.
