Rock Your Feminine Type Rock Your Feminine Type To Rock Your Business is a wonderful guide to help you discover and flaunt your unique feminine superpowers.

“You have Your Own Signature of Feminine Power. Find out what it is and how it can serve you and your business.” – Joy Balma

One of the things I love most about this book is the supportive way the author invites the reader to get to the heart of her feminine type by guiding us on a journey through the Feminine Type Success System.  This thorough assessment moves you through 8 groups of questions to uncover your unique signature of Feminine Power.

Feminine Powers Include:

  • The Sweetheart
  • The Saint
  • The Excellence Girl
  • The Goddess Geek
  • The Muse
  • The Seeker
  • The Success Girl
  • The Diva

Today will share my experience reading this supportive resource and working through the feminine type assessments.

I enjoyed answering all of the thought provoking questions and actually thought I would come out as a free spirited seeker, but this was not the case! I learned that the feminine types are actually a combination of your top two feminine type scores. I found that I am a combination of  The Muse and The Diva! Once I uncovered my feminine type with the assessment, I was invited to discover my superpowers or some the unique qualities I bring to the table. What fun! Since our feminine type is a combination of two feminine types, we have two sets of superpowers… I learned that my superpowers are Style & Originality + Courage & Charisma. Spot on so far… The next step was uncovering my business type which fit somewhere in the Business type chart of  Expert, Nurturer, Leader and Creative. This helped me uncover that I am a Creative Expert. After reading the core motivations of Creative Experts, the assessment was spot on again! Once I assessed my feminine type and business type I could go directly to the section of the book to learn more about the gifts and challenges that come with this combination. Here is what I discovered:

The Muse Strengths:  Fiercely Independent + Creative Expression The Muse Challenges: Isolation + Overwhelm

The Diva Strengths: Self-confident + Ambitious The Diva Challenges: Balance + Competitive Nature

I can relate to the strengths and challenges of each category.  I used to be highly competitive, but pretty much left that part of myself behind when I left the corporate world and began my journey into motherhood and sacred heart healing. The next part of Rock Your Feminine Type show the reader how you can step into your highest potential. The Muse becomes The Empowered Creative. The Diva becomes the Global Transformer. From here, the author invited me to complete the Feminine Type Success System Chart and begin the exploration of fulfilling my highest potential. This is where I learned more about my feminine shadow and how to turn that shadow into to light.

My feminine type shadow is The Sweetheart and my business type shadow is The Nurturer. After finishing this part of the assessment, I popped to the back of the book to learn more about how to flaunt my shadows.

I learned that I may wish to explore growing my tribe to avoid isolation and was invited to pay a visit to the sweethearts and nurturers in my life to identify what I want to learn from them. I found this really interesting as I am close friends with some of the most nurturing people on the planet like Soulful Life Sanctuary Creator, Jodi Chapman along with my parter at Anxiety Slayer, Ananga Sivyer and publisher, Linda Joy. I have already learned so much from each of these  nurturers and know that my shadow qualities are already in the process of coming to light in a sweet way.

Now it was time to explore my expert business types…

Here’s what I learned from the Quick Look Section of the book about the Creative Muse.

Qualities: Creative, original, independent, rebellious Biz Type: The Creative Biz Potential: The Empowered Creative Superpowers: Style & Originality Fashion: Original, Trendsetting, One-of-a-kind jewelry & Accessories Communications Style: Dramatic or Hipster Cool Dislike: Being told what do and how to do it Motivation: Self Expression & Originality When out of balance: The Drama Queen

I love that Joy created  a Quick Look section for each expert business type and well as detailed descriptions, case studies and inspirations for each feminine type.

At the end of this process the I came away with tips to evolve my feminine type, flaunt my intuition, stand in my superpower(s) and make friends with my shadow. If you are a heart-centered female entrepreneur, I highly recommend claiming a copy of Rock Your Feminine Business Type to Rock Your Business.
